 Definitely visit

Jan 2022This museum is located in an old court house and the building is absolutely beautiful. You are able to visit two floors of the museum and there are some very interesting displays to view. They even have part of a local historic home from town reconstructed and on display upstairs.
The staff is knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all your questions. Take the time to visit, be sure to ride the "birdcage" elevator, and don't forget to look up at the ceiling on the 2nd floor.

And did I mention it's free?

Very good Nov 2021 • Family Very cool. They had a lot of exhibits and artifacts. The staff were very friendly and informative. The exhibits were well put together and very informative.

Aug 2021 It was a nice museum housed in the 1903 El Paso County Courthouse, a gorgeous old building. Lots of great exhibits. Written August 30, 2021
