Who are you?
Randy & Kesti are the founders of Reigning Hope.
Believing the Lord has given us this time and place to provide services to the special needs community, we are privileged to host the programs that enhance the lives of this unique community. We are parents of four children, we enthusiastically juggle our time between football games, softball games, college studies and being available to help a friend in need!

Kesti has an Associates Degree with Applied Science and has just graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology.
What makes you drawn to do this?
Growing up in a home with special needs Kesti Suggs struggles with frustration, resentment, weariness, and experienced the challenges of life managing Chuckie's unique needs. Today, she reflects on those early years of her life with gratitude and appreciation for how it has shaped her value system and given her a sensitivity and compassion to reach out to other families dealing with tough issues.
What's your mission?
To provide life-changing therapies at our sensory-rich farm clinic.
What do you hope to achieve?
That children with disabilities who struggle to reach developmental milestones and to be independent with help from a combination of therapies and supportive community can reach their goals.
What is your goal?
That participants will take away a renewed sense of personal significance and for the important role they play in the community.

Please join is for our fourth annual Be a Rising Star Barrel Race here at Reigning Hope. This race is specifically designed for children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities. There will be 5 brackets offered:
1. No assistance
2. Minimum (horse leader)
3. Moderate (horse leader & 1 side walker)
4 Maximum assistance (horse leader & 2 side walker)
5. Reigning Hope Lessons bracket ONLY-not open to public
- Each participant will receive a medallion, t-shirt, and a chance to win a real belt buckle (per bracket) & placement ribbons.
-We will have a "carnival" area with a food truck, face painting, cotton candy station, moon bounce, and yard games!
We are so blessed to be able put on another barrel race, and love seeing how it grow every year!
