What is Parkour?
Parkour is a dynamic and exciting physical discipline that involves navigating obstacles in a creative and efficient way. Developed in France in the 1980s, parkour combines elements of gymnastics, martial arts, and free running to create a unique and challenging way to move through the environment.

Parkour involves moving through a space, such as a park or urban area, using only the human body. Practitioners, known as "traceurs," use techniques such as running, jumping, vaulting, and climbing to overcome obstacles and navigate through the environment.
