Hi Everyone! WOW!!! I can't believe I have been doing this for 2 years! I am so happy to see how much we have grown! Macaroni Kid is a Nation Wide Company, but each website is locally owned/operated/published. So while the company itself is large, we are considered small business owners. As I am sitting here thinking over the last two years I am very happy to see Macaroni Kid grow! Since I have been the editor of the Colorado Springs site we have been on Shark Tank and Acquired our competitor Hulafrog!
I remember being so nervous and overwhelmed at the beginning, and not knowing where to start in bringing you the most information about what is going on in the Springs and surrounding areas! I am happy in what has been achieved so far! I partnered with the Rocky Mountain Vibes, I got to learn more about the Broadmoor/7 falls and participate in their 140th anniversary! I also did my first event on May 6th called FIND YOUR FAMILY FUN! We had about 3000 people come though that event and I met A LOT of great businesses/owners that I am thankful to have had the pleasure of meeting and working with! I have formed some great partnerships because of that event and I feel very blessed. There are some amazing small business owners around here!
