Last Sunday I was invited along with my family to come try out MICI at the Bloomington Location in Colorado Springs. Can I just say that it was great!! I took my family (of 6) and we tried a little bit of everything!! The atmosphere is laid back and very casual. You order at the counter and find a table and wait for the goodness to come to you! My husband and I both got calzones, and we were not disappointed in the slightest. The crust is very light and buttery. They were not stingy with the fillings either.(always a bonus) My oldest got the Rosa Pasta and it came with two slices of some Amazing kind of bread. Crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. The Pasta was tomato and cream and based and was bursting with flavors. Another order was of the Pesto Pasta. (also with bonus bread) The Pesto was very mild ( I personally don't like Pesto but did try it) and I actually liked it. My other daughter got a small cheese pizza. I don't know what magic is in their crust, but it is so light and flavorful. We also tried their selection of amazing gelato's and cannoli's. I can honestly see why this business has been voted Best Pizza and Italian 10 years in a row!! And they DELIVER!! 
The staff there was friendly and accommodating!! Sarah was extremely knowledgeable really helpful! The restaurant was very clean and had a casual and welcoming environment. They use recipes from generations past and they are nitrate, hormone & filler free! Another Bonus! Kids eat free on Monday's!!!
I highly recommend stopping in or having them delivered on those busy nights when you don't have time or want to cook for the family. Everything was truly amazing!! They have multiple locations throughout Colorado for your convivence. Please stop by and give them a try!! You will not be disappointed! Tell them Macaroni kid sent you!
